We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. When you submit your order, your credit card will be charged immediately. Paypal and Payoneer options are also available via checkout.
Shipping Information
We want to ensure transparency in the ordering process, and thus, it’s important to note that shipping and handling costs are not included in the listed prices.

For orders totalling $200.01 and above, up to $2,000.00, please add $7.00 for every additional $100.00 of the purchase amount.
We would like to inform you that additional shipping payment may be required for heavier item orders. This is due to factors such as the extra weight involved when packing multiple wool garments, the weight of non-clothing merchandise orders, or the larger size of non-clothing merchandise orders.
Furthermore, oversized items in your order may also require extra shipping payment due to the dimensions of the shipping box.
Please note that shipping costs for Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and International shipping options provided are estimates. The exact cost is determined once your order is boxed, weighed, measured, and the shipping address is entered into the shipping system.
Typically, your order will be shipped within 2-4 weeks. In many cases, we are able to ship directly from our stock. You can expect to receive your products within 30 days of placing the order.
Out of Stock & Backorder Items
We strive to fulfill and ship your complete order; however, there may be instances where certain items are temporarily out of stock. Rest assured, we make every effort to replenish these items promptly. However, there are circumstances where obtaining certain items quickly may not be feasible.
In the event that some items in your order are unavailable, we can ship the available items as a partial shipment and backorder the out-of-stock item(s). As soon as we receive the backordered items, they will be shipped to you immediately. If you find that the wait for your backordered item(s) is becoming too long, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will gladly refund the cost of the item(s).
It’s important to note that prepaid orders must be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase, without exceptions.
